Mitchel Musso , who plays Oliver Oken, on the hit show Hannah Montana was arrested for drunken driving on Sunday in Burbank, California. Musso is only 20 years old.
Early Sunday morning an officer was directing traffic at an accident scene and Mitchel failed to slow down when coming to the intersection. He didn't obey instructions and was pulled over. He was given a field sobriety test. Since Musso is only 20 years old, any alcohol found in his system is considered illegal. He was well over the 0.08 limit.
Musso was arrested at 3:43 a.m. and taken to jail. Bail was set at $5,000. Musso spent a few hours in jail and was then released without having to pay bail since he did not have any outstanding warrants.
Burbank police are not releasing his mug shot.
