The 35-year old "Legally Blonde" actress already has two children with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe - Ava, 12 and Deacon, 8. This will be her first child with Jim Toth, her husband of about a year. "They are both thrilled," a friend told People. Us Weekly reported that Witherspoon is about 12 weeks along and the couple has been trying to have a child. "The timing is right," a source told Us. "She's so happy!" The Oscar-winning actress told Daybreak, a Britain TV show, that she is apprehensive about her daughter, Ava, soon becoming a teenager. “It’s great to have older children,” she said. “There’s a little sadness as they’re growing up and walking away from you, but it kind of changes the whole dynamic.” Whether she will soon have another baby running around her household has yet to be confirmed.
