Canadian pop star Carly Rae Jepsen is allegedly working with the police to fight the leak of real nude photos on her that were taken when someone hacked her computer.
According to TMZ, Jepsen's people contacted Vancouver police in March after receiving an anonymous tip about the images which the hacker had been trying to sell to the media. The investigation is still in process, and the police say they have a suspect.
On Monday the website Perez Hilton posted a photo taken from a sex tape asking visitors if they thought this was Carly Rae Jepsen. Carly Rae responded on Twitter by saying "Crazy morning. Discovered that someone put up a sex tape claiming to be me," "Ridiculous. Obviously not me."
Three weeks ago, the "Canadian Idol" alum was in damage control mode once again when Egotastic published cell phone images of a topless and pierced lady who looked a lot like her. After Jepsen's rep told TMZ it was "200 per cent NOT Carly," a 21-year-old nude model named Destiny Benedict came forward to admit it was actually her.
"Well I just want to say this Carly Rae is a beautiful girl and i'm honored to have been mistaken as her," she tweeted.
