Hayden has an impressive resume of feature film, television, animation and commercial credits that have made her name synonymous with rising star.

Hayden is currently starring as Claire Bennet in NBC's latest hit show, "Heroes". Claire is a cheerleader in Odessa, TX, who one day discovers she is indesctructible. This discovery draws her to a group of other individuals who also discover they have super powers. The quest is on - "Save the cheerleader. Save the world."

On the film front, Hayden will soon be seen in "The Architect" alongside Anthony LaPaglia, and "Shanghai Kiss". She recently starred as Britney Allen in "Bring it On: All or Nothing", a DVD release that broke sales records.

Hayden's film, "Normal" opposite Jessica Lange and Tom Wilkinson and directed by Jane Anderson for HBO, premiered at the 2003 Sundance Film Festival. She filmed "Raising Helen," opposite Kate Hudson and directed by Gary Marshall. Hayden surprised and delighted audiences by joining the cast of the award winning TV series, "Ally McBeal," as Ally's fiery and precocious long-lost daughter. Her spitfire characters in both, the recent film, "Joe Somebody" as Tim Allen's daughter, and the riveting female lead in the much acclaimed story, "Remember the Titans" in which she co-starred with Denzel Washington, have established her a unique talent. Her portrayal of a young Jeanne, played by Hilary Swank

I hate how people say I'm growing up fast.

You go on these Internet blogs and people say the meanest things. I'm a normal person. Just because I'm in the spotlight doesn't mean I'm God's gift to the world. I'm learning and making mistakes just like every other 17-year-old girl out there.

Began her acting career at 11 months when she appeared in a commercial for Playskool.

Has appeared in over 50 commercials.

Hobbies include singing, dancing, horseback riding, gymnastics, karate, playing piano, boxing and swimming.

Was originally cast to play Sarah Altman in Panic Room (2002) but was later replaced by Kristen Stewart.

Has a partnership with United States Postal Inspection Service and the National Center For Missing And Exploited Children in a campaign against online predators, called 2 SMRT 4U.

Is a vegan.

An active supporter of ALF (Animal Liberation Front), she is the second-ever recipient of The Wyler Award (which honors a celebrity who has raised awareness of animal issues) for her on-the-ground work to expose Japan's slaughter of dolphins.

Is a big fan of "24" (2001).
